These terms govern your use of AIACI (aiaci.com), operated from the European Union. Access or use constitutes agreement. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Service Description
AIACI is a free web platform. It provides AI Chat, AI Writer, AI Image Generator, AI Detector, AI Humanizer, and related tools. Powered by the OpenAI API (GPT-4o-mini). Accessible in any modern browser. No account or software installation required. An iOS app (AI Writer & AI Checker ACI) offers expanded features.
No Account Required
AIACI does not require accounts, registration, login, or personal information. The service is anonymous. No email, name, phone, or other identifiers are collected or required.
Acceptable Use
Use AIACI only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal content or content violating applicable law
- Content involving minors in harmful, exploitative, or sexual contexts
- Bypassing, circumventing, or disabling safety filters or content moderation
- Harassment, threats, defamation, or harm to individuals or groups
- Content facilitating fraud, scams, phishing, or identity theft
- Distributing malware, spam, or other harmful material
- Automated scraping, bot access, or use that disrupts service for others
We determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation.
Rate Limits
Free web: 20 messages per day across all tools. Limit is tracked by IP. Resets every 24 hours. iOS app (AI Writer & AI Checker ACI): unlimited for subscribers. Rate limits ensure fair access and manage resources. Circumventing limits (e.g., IP rotation) violates these terms.
No Warranty
AIACI is provided "as is" and "as available." No express or implied warranties. AI responses may contain inaccuracies, errors, outdated information, or bias. The model generates text from statistical patterns. It does not verify facts. Users must independently verify information before relying on it for health, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions.
Intellectual Property
Users own their prompts and AI outputs, subject to OpenAI terms for API-generated content. AIACI claims no ownership of user or AI-generated content. The AIACI name, logo, branding, site design, and original content on aiaci.com are AIACI property. Reproduction requires permission.
Termination and Access Restrictions
AIACI may block, restrict, or terminate access for any IP or user that violates these terms or engages in abuse. Restriction may occur without prior notice for clear or repeated violations. No accounts exist; termination is IP-based blocking. If you believe restriction was in error, contact hello@aiaci.com.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIACI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from use or inability to use the service. This includes loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed amounts paid in the twelve months before the claim. For free users, that is zero. Some jurisdictions disallow certain exclusions; those provisions may not apply.
What Constitutes Abuse
Beyond prohibited categories, abuse includes patterns that degrade service for others or exploit it beyond intended use. Examples: automated request flooding; scripted access mimicking humans to extract bulk outputs; systematic prompt injection to extract system prompts or bypass filters; using the platform as an unauthorized backend API. Repeated generation of near-identical content at scale (e.g., thousands of SEO articles) is outside normal use. Abuse is determined by behavioral patterns, not single messages. One unusual request does not trigger action. Sustained automated or exploitative patterns do.
How Rate Limits Work in Practice
The 20-message daily limit applies across all tools. AI Chat, AI Writer, and image generation each count as one message against the same total. The counter resets 24 hours after your first message of the day, not at a fixed time. Limits are tracked by IP. Users on the same network (e.g., school, office) share one allocation. This is a known limitation of anonymous, account-free services. We accept it to avoid registration. Need more than 20 messages daily? The iOS app offers unlimited access via subscription.
Third-Party Services
AIACI uses the OpenAI API for AI responses. Your use is also subject to OpenAI's terms and policies. We use Cloudflare for delivery and security. We are not responsible for third-party practices or policies. Links to third-party sites do not constitute endorsement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by EU law and the jurisdiction where AIACI operates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction. Users outside the EU agree to this by using the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Revised terms appear on this page with a new date. We do not collect email or maintain accounts. We cannot notify users directly. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
