Rules
The AI directory of everything that matters. Discovery is public. Placement can be paid. No algorithm, no editors, no upvotes. This page is the entire rulebook.
Bidding
- Minimum bid: $5. Whole dollars only.
- Your rank equals your all-time total. Totals never expire on the all-time board.
- Topping up: already listed? Enter your new total - you only pay the difference (min $1 step).
- Taking a rank: beating the current #1 costs their total + $5 (currently $5 for global #1). You can also pay any amount ≥ $5 and land wherever it fits.
- Ties are ranked by whoever reached the total first. Unclaimed $0 founding listings keep their curated order until someone bids.
- Anyone can pay for any listing, at any time. If someone outbids you, we email you (if we have your email).
Boards
- All-time (homepage): totals accumulate forever.
- Today (/today): only what was paid in the last 24 hours counts. Resets continuously.
- Daily (/daily): each UTC calendar day gets its own board. At midnight UTC the day freezes into a permanent archive.
- Categories: every category is its own war with its own #1 - same rules, smaller battlefield.
Listings
- One listing per product (domain or app-store entry). Query strings and tracking junk are stripped.
- Product websites, App Store / Google Play apps, GitHub repos and X profiles are allowed.
- Not allowed: link shorteners, chat invites (Telegram/WhatsApp/Discord), NSFW, scams, malware, anything illegal. We remove these without refund.
- Unclaimed listings use
rel="nofollow". After the owner claims, the link becomes followed. - Every listing automatically gets a profile page in the Directory. We write that page.
Claiming your listing
A $5 bid is rent on the board. A claim is ownership of the page. If $5 also unlocked edit and a followed link, nobody would ever pay $19.99.
- $5 puts you on the board and in the directory. We write the page. The outbound link stays
rel="nofollow". You cannot edit it. - $19.99/year, $69.99 lifetime, or $149 Pro is a claim: verified badge, followed (dofollow) backlink, and you can edit the page. The $5 you already paid still counts. They stack.
- There is no free directory-only submit today. The $5 bid is the front door.
Payments
- All payments go through Stripe. We never see your card.
- All payments are final. No refunds - you're buying a rank at a moment in time, and you get exactly that.
- Being outbid is part of the game and not grounds for a refund.
- Buying a rank is advertising placement, not an endorsement by AIACI.
Fair play
- We don't bid on the board with fake money. Every dollar shown was actually paid. Our own apps sit at $0 until someone (including us, with real money) bids.
- Click counts are measured on our redirect and deduplicated per IP - inflating them does nothing for your rank on paid boards anyway.
- We reserve the right to remove listings that break these rules, with no refund.
